Usually, yes. We start with what's already on the wall, check that each pump, controller and feeder is doing its job, and replace only what's holding the program back. Who services the equipment after it's installed? We do, on the same visits as the chemistry. The team that set up the program already knows the panel, so a controller alarm or a pump problem gets handled by someone who has seen your system before. How does Hoffman Soft Water fit in? Hoffman Soft Water is our pretreatment division. It handles softeners, filtration and reverse osmosis ahead of your boilers, towers and loops, and it works with the treatment side so the pretreatment and the chemistry get sized together.
